Have you heard the buzz...........

From 1st October 2010 the Stampin’ Up colour palette will be changing. We will have 4 colour families which will be known as Subtles, Brights, Regals, and Neutrals.

25 of the colours will stay and there will be 15 new colours added. (See the colour charts to your left).

I am really excited about the new colours as it will mean we will have the same colours as the rest of the Stampin' Up market; how many times have you seen them use a colour you wish you could get hold of! Well as from October you will be able to.

If there are any retiring colours that you particularly like I would suggest you stock up on these over the next few months, don’t forget it’s not just the inks in the retiring colours but the cardstock, papers and all the embellishments too that will be retiring. I shall be stocking up on the Tempting Teal.

Thank you card

Hello, I hope you are enjoying the lovely weather, lets hope it lasts into the weekend.

I wanted to share this thank you card I made for one of my most valued customer as it shows just how well the different products in the stampin up colour family match so well. I have just used Pumpkin Pie and white as my colour scheme and made the card using patterns designer series papers, the 1/2" striped grosgrain ribbon, whisper white card stock and Pumpkin Pie ink pad. I love the way all the stampin up products make your crafting seem so effortless and professional looking.

If you love Stampin up products as much as I do why not consider hosting a workshop and the chance to earn some free products, I am offering 24 6x6 free papers from the new designer series paper stack in the new mini catalogue for any one hosting a work shop during the month of April, there is not much time left now so why not drop me an email today. Be lovely to hear from you.

Also I still have some packs of my ribbon share if any one else is interested, see post below.

Box-a-lopes

Hi all,

Sorry it has been a bit quiet for the past week or so but I have been away spending some quality time with my daughter and grandaughter. I had a great time and the next time I see them there should be another addition to the family.

I thought I would share one of my project ideas with you; I made this card set using a box-a-lope that I bought several years ago, they are mainly used for posting bulky cards through the post so as to help prevent them from getting squashed; I never really new what to do with them other than what they were designed for but I recently came up with the idea after seeing something similar on the world wide web (can't remember where though sorry. I also used some papers that I have had for a year or so too, they are not from Stampin' Up though. I made 4 cards 2 of each design and I think they will make a great little gift for somebody. I hope you like them.

Easter Gifts

Hi Guy's,

I hope you are all having a great Easter break! Finally I have some time to post the Easter gifts I made for friends and family.

First off is the little gift box filled with little easter eggs, I should mention that the chick was designed by Michelle's daughter who is just 11yrs, a talented little lady; here is the link to the tutorial for the box and the chick.
I have used paper from the Tea & Crumpets range, the scallop & 1 3/8" circle punches, acaetate for the window and some beautiful chocolate chip taffeta ribbon to finish.

The next one is a sweet little basket made from a peice of 6x6 held together with a couple of book rings and finished of with some ribbon; I've filled mine with some Lindt Lindor...mmm

And the last one is a small gift pouch, again made with some designer paper & filled with some yummy chocolate hearts.

I hope you like my easter treats, if you would like to learn how to make any of these why not book a workshop and you and your guests can make one to take home, as well as the potential to earn extra stamp sets and money to spend on any thing you like from the catalogue. Please contact me for more information.

Thanks for looking!
