Projects to share...

Hello friends,

I thought I would share a couple of the projects I have been making; the box frame was made using 3 stamp sets from Stampin' Up!, they are Just Believe, Clearly for you and Fox and Friends. The Bird on the outside of the frame is from the Noteably Ornate stamp set. Sorry about the glare on the glass, "could'nt do anything about it".

The Grass, flowers and birds have been decoupaged to give the picture some dimention.

The colours used were: - Bashful Blue, Crumb Cake and Not quite Navy cardstock, The flowers are Riding hood red with Old Olive leaves and stems, the other greenery is Always Artichoke. I have also used Baja Breeze, River Rock, Early Espresso and Cajun Craze.

The picture below is a canvas that I have painted with green acrylic paint then covered with some paper from the Brights Designer series paper patterns stack from Stampin' Up! I have then used the flourish from the Barogue Motifs stamp set also from Stampin' Up!

I then used the new Fun flower Bigz Dies to decorate the front and added the filigree brads also from Stampin' Up! The sentiment in the middle is from my stash. I tiopped it with some of Stampin' Up! 3.2cm wide striped grosgrain ribbon. A very simple project.

I have decided not to run this months card club as Most of you are away or spending time with family due to the bank holiday; All will resume as normal next month on September 25th.
