I just love the new Easel cards that are so popular at the moment and this is a my very first one.
The supplies I have used are all Stampin' Up:-
Cardstock:- Brilliant Blue and Pink Passion
Stamp sets - Congrats, Say it with scallops, A beautiful thing and It's beautiful wheel
Accessories - square scallop punch, scallop border punch.
Sorry about the quality of the picture, a bit of a problem with the shadow but thanks for looking.
