Managed to get a couple of pages done today before my trip to Spain; I have used lots of new kits for these pages and they are all lovely kits.
This first page I did on Friday, I used my new Studio Calico kit, papers are unusual, and I can't say I've seen any thing like the papers before. They remind me of the 70's era.
This is one of the pages I did today using my new Mia Crate paper kit, the papers in this kit are lovely; and you get 2 pages of glitter embellishments and 2 full alphabets in this one.
This is the other page I did today using my S.E.I. Poppy kit, this has to be my favourite kit at the moment, I just love the turquoise and blues, and some of the papers are foiled. so pretty.
Well I'm away on holiday for the next week so will not be picking up any messages until I get back. Hope you all have a great week, I doubt I will be thinking of you while I'm sunbathing Haha!

Key Cabinet
I have finally finished the project for my step-dad which I need to take out to Spain with me on Monday. I have shown the cabinet naked and then the finished product.
I painted it with acrylic paint then added touches of gold to it to co-ordinate with the metal embossing panel on the door that I added some gold from a gold leafing pen. All I need to do now is get it out ti him in one piece.

Scrapbooking Monday night
This is the other page that I started at Create & Crop on Saturday, I finished it Sunday but forgot to post it. The other 4 pages are what I did Monday evening while I was watching TV. It's been a while since I did some pages for my Pooh album so have a bit of catching up to do.

Beading class was moved
My usual beading class that I attend was moved to a thursday as There were several newcomers to the group and Linda decided it was too large for her to teach as she found it difficult to get round to everybody, so I now go on a Thursday for the time being anyway. last week we made this Beaded Bow and attached it to a kilt pin to make a brooch. I really enjoyed making this one.

This one I used the K&Co Margo papers and embellishments, love these almost as

Andy's Birthday book
I made this book for my husband as it was his birthday on Friday, it is about his motor bikes he has had, the last one he had an accident on which made him stop riding them as he has had several lucky escapes. Haven't put all the pages on as they take up a lot of room.

Scrappy Night
Hi all,
I still have room for 2 more people if any body is interested. It will be a good chance to use some of my equipment etc:
For the ladies that are coming on Monday, If there is any thing in particular that you would like to use can you let me know so that I can ensure I can get to it, or set it up if necessary before every one arrives.

Last cards for a little while
I made these cards last night while watching the TV, they were so quick to make and I wanted to use up some of my free papers again. the blue card is for a friend who is in hospital and the other two are spares. I need to concentrate on doing some scrap pages now and finishing the two projects I've started.

Challenge 6Mothers Day - The Sugar Bowl - Free Spring papers
Hi everyone,
This post was meant to be posted yesterday, but I had a gremlin in my laptop and it wanted to do other things so I gave up.
I spent most of Sunday messing around with my Craft Robo, had problems trying to get it to cut certain things and after wasting loads of paper and card I managed to come up with this card, it still needs the insert to be cut, which I will hopefully do once my new blade arrives but I am pleased with the finished card. I have been trying to use up some of my free papers I get with my craft magazines as I have quite a pile now.
I used my new roller stamp from stamping up on the bottom of this card then embossed it, it looks great doesn't it?
My step Niece had a little girl on Sunday so have made this card from a kit I bought in January, the only problem with this card is that it is both big and bulky, and needs to go to the post office to get weighed before posting; so as they have closed my local post office it means I have to go into town to do it. Such a pain! quite literally!!

New stamp
This is my new stamp from the Little Claire stamp club, I had to make a birthday card for my sister-in-law so thought this would suit very well.
For those of you that know I have been suffering with a bad shoulder for the past few weeks, I thought I would let you know that I have had a steroid injection in it today so it should start to improve in the next day or so!

papertake weekly challenge
Hot Chocolate is the name of this weeks challenge, we had to use Pink, Orange & Brown in our project; not colours I would usually put together but the result is ok!
Stamped image is Sugar Nellie's Daisy, I've coloured her in with Sekura Opaque and gel pens;
I have used Heidi Grace paper and the cardstock and embellishments are from my ever increasing stash pile.
